1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Travel Pro platform and any services, software products, or offerings provided by Metorox Travel Technologies ("Travel Pro," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use our platform or services.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Metorox Travel Technologies, a product of Metorox Software LLC, a Utah limited liability company based in Draper, Utah.

2. Services Overview

Travel Pro provides a unified travel commerce platform including B2C traveler booking, B2B agency workspace tools, itinerary management, GDS automation, AI scripting, corporate travel management, and related services. All services are subject to these Terms.

3. User Accounts

Certain services require you to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep your account information updated. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that contain inaccurate information or violate these Terms.

4. Pricing & Payments

Subscription Services: Travel Pro plans are billed on a monthly or yearly basis as indicated at the time of purchase. Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or as stated in our refund policy.

Enterprise Agreements: Enterprise and corporate travel contracts are quoted individually and governed by a separate written agreement.

We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time. Existing subscribers will be notified at least 30 days before any price changes take effect on their accounts.

5. Intellectual Property

Our IP: All source code, designs, logos, trademarks, documentation, and content on this platform are the property of Metorox Software LLC unless otherwise stated. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

Client Content: You retain ownership of any content, data, or materials you provide. By providing such content, you grant us a limited license to use it solely for the purpose of delivering the agreed-upon services.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our platform or services to engage in any unlawful, harmful, or abusive activity. Please review our Acceptable Use Policy for full details.

7. Service Level & Support

We strive to maintain high availability for all platform services. While we aim for 99.9% uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance when possible.

Support is provided via email during business hours. We aim to respond to all inquiries within 24 hours.

8. Data & Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using our services, you consent to the practices described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Metorox Travel Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

Our total liability for any claim arising from or relating to these Terms or our services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Metorox Travel Technologies, its owner, and any future employees or contractors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of our services or your violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. For subscription services, you may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

12. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Utah. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Salt Lake County, Utah.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
