Acceptable Use Policy

1. Overview

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs the use of all products and services provided by Metorox Travel Technologies ("Travel Pro," "we," "us," or "our"), including but not limited to the Travel Pro platform, agency workspace tools, booking systems, and related services.

This AUP is incorporated by reference into our Terms of Service. By using any Travel Pro product or service, you agree to comply with this policy. Violations may result in suspension or termination of your account.

2. Prohibited Activities

You may not use Travel Pro products or services to:

2.1 Illegal Activities

• Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law or regulation
• Engage in fraudulent booking, ticket fraud, or identity theft
• Process payments in violation of PCI DSS or applicable financial regulations
• Violate travel industry regulations or IATA rules

2.2 Harmful Content

• Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or any other malicious code
• Transmit unsolicited commercial communications (spam)
• Harass, abuse, or harm any person or organization

2.3 Security Violations

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform or its related systems
• Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of our systems without authorization
• Circumvent any security or authentication measures

2.4 Network Abuse

• Engage in denial-of-service attacks or any activity that disrupts service availability
• Use automated scripts to place excessive load on our infrastructure
• Scrape or harvest data from the platform without written authorization

2.5 Misuse of Services

• Resell or sublicense access to the platform without authorization
• Use the platform to create competing products or services
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation when using the platform

3. Platform-Specific Rules

In addition to the general prohibitions above, users of Travel Pro must:

• Use booking and ticketing tools only for legitimate travel transactions
• Maintain accurate agency and traveler profile information
• Comply with GDS fair use policies when accessing Amadeus, Sabre, or Travelport
• Not attempt to manipulate pricing, availability, or fare data
• Ensure all traveler data is handled in compliance with applicable privacy laws

4. Resource Usage

Our services are designed for normal business use. We reserve the right to limit or throttle usage that we determine, in our sole discretion, to be excessive or abusive. If your usage exceeds normal levels, we will contact you to discuss upgrading your plan or optimizing your usage before taking any restrictive action.

5. Reporting Violations

If you become aware of any violation of this AUP, please report it to us immediately at [email protected]. We take all reports seriously and will investigate promptly. Please include as much detail as possible, including URLs, screenshots, and a description of the violation.

6. Enforcement

Travel Pro reserves the right to take any action we deem appropriate in response to violations of this AUP, including issuing warnings, suspending or terminating accounts, removing content, and reporting violations to law enforcement. The severity of our response will depend on the nature and severity of the violation.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Acceptable Use Policy from time to time. We will notify users of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
